Young, single businessman, and DJ. The owner of this apartment, located in the western part of São Paulo, wanted to live near your business while your new home to all the modernity that represents the moment of his life. The property is a typical apartment of 80 years, was taken literally, and rebuilt from scratch.





All partitions that have limited rooms have been removed. The bathrooms and two rooms have been maintained for structural reasons. Some windows were also removed to create the concept of a box in which the lighting on wall and floor coverings would create a three dimensional effect, as in a nightclub.



All lighting LEDs has been designed with no other source ight around the apartment. In addition to spectacular effect, the lighting has a great energy savings combined with a high luminous efficiency. The walls and ceiling were constructed of plasterboard and cement covered with polymer. The bathroom suite acquired join the rest area, a transgression more than welcome this contemporary lifestyle.

Kitchen is integrated with the lounge, which occupies the region has already been designed for hallways and bathrooms. All woodwork was designed by the architect and was one of the great aspects of interior design project "high-low"because it is a very good with very low costs.
